Cancellation Policy

We are a very high-in-demand, high-end portrait studio and limit the number of appointments that we accept based on our capacity to create stunning pieces of art for our clients around the world.   

We block out our studio and staff (which sometimes come in from out of town) for two hours for every appointment, this is why we collect a $200 session reservation fee. This policy is to insure that we are booking serious and committed clients.   The fee is fully refundable on the day of your session as long as you show for your appointment.

Rescheduling an appointment with less than two weeks notice will incur a $125 rescheduling fee.  The rescheduling fee is not refundable. Reservation fees on appointments rescheduled with more than two weeks notice are applied to the new appointment and will be refunded on the day of the appointment as normal.   The reservation fee is not refundable for permanently cancelled appointments.
