Additional Appointment Details

Your appointment has been confirmed. We have set aside 2 hours for your experience. In that time, we will complete both your portrait session and viewing your portraits and making selections Choosing your portraits is a fun process! We have many years of experience and are ready to help you in any way we can on your session day.

Please plan to arrive on time and have your child’s hair finished. Because our calendar has sessions scheduled after your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled time, we may have to reschedule your appointment, resulting in a loss of the retainer.

How To Find Us

We are located at 1717 St James Pl #655 Houston, TX 77056. You may park in the rear parking garage in any spot not marked reserved. There are doors at the front and rear of the building - the rear parking garage has a ramp into the building for wheelchairs and strollers.

How The Retainer Works

Your portrait session retainer, which reserved your session time listed above, will be reimbursed at the conclusion of your appointment.

• Since we have reserved our studio and team of artists for 2 hours especially for your session, retainers are not refundable for cancellations. However, appointments may be rescheduled one time (additional times for a fee) up to 14 days or more before your scheduled appointment. If appointments are rescheduled within 14 days of your scheduled session, then you may still receive your gifted 14-inch portrait, but your retainer becomes nonrefundable.

• Cancelling or rescheduling of appointments will not be accepted via text message or email. This must be done over the phone at 713-360-1940.

Choosing Your Artwork

​We ask that only financially accountable parties should be present at the viewing portion of your appointment. Plan on these decision-makers to be present for the entire session.

• Because our artist will begin your portrait artistry after you leave the studio, orders cannot be changed once they are placed.

• Only portraits ordered at your appointment will be saved and archived.

Certificate Details

While you have a beautiful 10-inch portrait valued at $500 included with your certificate, most of our clients choose larger sizes and additional poses. There is never any obligation to purchase anything beyond your certificate size. We will work with you to make a great selection!

Additional Tips

1. Come to our studio ready to create magic! Young children do best if we photograph them when well fed and well rested!

2. If you want amazing pictures, just try to give control over to us for this brief time. Our kid-experts will know how to handle them and will ask for help from you if they need it.
